Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, requires managed health insurance issuers that offer healthy benefit cards to demonstrate that the healthy benefit cards are accepted at all retail food establishments that meet certain criteria within a given geographic area. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 67.
