School Transportation - As enacted, clarifies, for purposes of obtaining a school bus endorsement on a driver license and for other purposes, that a school bus is a vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver; makes other related revisions. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 21 and Title 55, Chapter 50.
