Health, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department to submit an annual report to the governor stating the total number of firearm injuries and deaths caused by firearms in this state per 100,000 people that have occurred in the previous calendar year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 39; Title 63 and Title 68.
