Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - As introduced, removes the requirement that the department of revenue submit quarterly reports to the transportation committees of both houses on its progress toward completion of the updated computerized titling and registration system; deletes the requirement that the commissioner appear before the committees annually to report on the system's status. - Amends TCA Title 55.
