Schools, Private - As enacted, clarifies that a private school serving students in any of the grades pre-K through 12 is authorized to adopt a handgun carry policy for the private school's property. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13; Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 50.
