School Districts, Special - Pursuant to the request of the Franklin special school district of Williamson County, permits the district to issue bonds or notes in an amount not to exceed $20 million and to authorize the issuance of tax anticipation notes from time to time. - Amends Chapter 563 of the Private Acts of 1949.
