Cemeteries - As introduced, increases, from 10 to 15, the number of days before the effective date of termination of a temporary permit authorizing operation of a cemetery that the commissioner of commerce and insurance is required to provide notice to a temporary permit holder that the commissioner is terminating the temporary permit. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 11; Title 13; Title 39; Title 46; Title 62 and Title 67.
