Law Enforcement - As introduced, decreases the time within which a hearing concerning a punitive employment action against a law enforcement officer must be set following a request for such hearing from 14 days to 10 days. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 38; Title 41; Title 49, Chapter 7 and Title 50.
