Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - As introduced, authorizes the department of revenue, in cooperation with other governmental agencies or interested nonprofit organizations, to publicize to potential participants the availability, under the Precious Cargo Act of 2021, of a designation within the Tennessee Vehicle Title and Registration System (VTRS) database of a need for assistance with expressive language or communicating needs to first responders. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67.
