TennCare - As introduced, authorizes the comptroller to report, in electronic format, the final study, and the oral and written comments, concerning the annual actuarial study of TennCare and participating managed care organizations to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and the house of representatives, the office of legislative budget analysis, and the fiscal review committee of the general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.
