Health Care - As enacted, requires hospitals that have a certification from a department-approved, nationally recognized certifying body recognizing the hospital as capable of providing neuroendovascular treatment to report data quarterly consistent with nationally recognized stroke consensus measures on the treatment of individuals with confirmed stroke to the East Tennessee State University College of Public Health. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 68, Chapter 1.
