Food and Food Products - As introduced, extends from 10 to 14 the number of days within which a person can answer or plead to a petition for review of an action of the commissioner of agriculture pursuant to the Tennessee Meat and Poultry Inspection Act, following the date of the filing of a transcript of the proceedings in the cause. - Amends TCA Title 41; Title 53 and Title 70.
