Local Education Agencies - As introduced, increases the time period by which a local education agency must make a district-wide and building-level school safety plan available for public comment, from 30 to 45 days, prior to the adoption of the proposed plan. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 39, Chapter 17; Title 49, Chapter 6 and Title 62, Chapter 35.
