Lottery, Charitable - As introduced, exempts a school foundation or a school support organization that is a nonprofit organization and is seeking to operate an annual nonprofit gaming event for the benefit of the organization from submitting an annual event application each year; instead, the application is renewed each year; requires the one-time application to be updated for any changes of information; waives subsequent application fees for such nonprofit organization. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17 and Title 49.
