Handgun Permits - As introduced, extends the time period, from 30 days following a final determination of suspension or revocation of a handgun carry permit to 45 days, within which a person may file a petition for judicial review of the department of safety's determination. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
