Environment and Conservation, Department of - As introduced, requires the department to electronically publish on the department's website all proposals for establishing trails and reports on trails that the commissioner submits to the governor and the general assembly pursuant to the Tennessee Trails System Act. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 11; Title 29; Title 43; Title 67; Title 68; Title 69 and Title 70.
