Education, Higher - As introduced, requires each higher education institution to distribute or make available, prior to the beginning of each school year instead of at the beginning of each school year, a written policy prohibiting hazing by any student or organization operating under the sanction of the institution. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 49; Title 50; Title 56; Title 62; Title 63 and Title 67.
