Education, Higher - As introduced, requires the chairs of the government operations committees of each house to review the report submitted to the general assembly by Tennessee State University of the university's progress in improving facilities and infrastructure and to determine if a further review of the university is needed based upon the university's progress of improvement in the report. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 49.
