Human Rights - As introduced, prohibits discrimination by an entertainment venue against an individual based on the individual's vaccination status, whether the individual has a vaccine passport, or whether the individual has a document showing proof of a negative test for COVID-19. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21; Title 58, Chapter 2 and Title 68.
