Employees, Employers - As introduced, authorizes employees of public and private employers to refuse a requirement by the employer that the employee receive a vaccine for COVID-19 as a condition of employment based on the employee's strongly held religious beliefs or right of conscience; requires an employee to provide the employer with written notice of the employee's refusal based on such grounds; creates right of action against an employer by employee against whom an adverse action was taken for refusing the vaccine. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 29; Title 49; Title 50 and Title 68.
