Local Government, General - As introduced, requires any government entity responsible for issuing an emergency shutdown order requiring businesses to close or partially shutdown to reimburse the business; provides that businesses receive compensation for a shutdown based on their proceeds from the previous fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 58.
