Local Government, General - As introduced, requires a county or municipality to retain a detailed record of the sale of surplus property by public auction to a county or municipal official or employee, or former county or municipal official or employee, for at least 12 months after the sale. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12 and Title 54.
