Industrial Development - As introduced, adds to projects under the authority of industrial development corporations certain facilities or expenditures paid or incurred for a system, plant, or equipment for the provision of certain telecommunications services; authorizes a municipality to provide aid or assistance for such projects. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 53.
