Capital Punishment - As introduced, requires the comptroller audit the administration of the death penalty in this state every five years and report the audit's findings to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house, the senate judiciary committee, and the criminal justice committee of the house. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 16; Title 40 and Title 41.
