Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As introduced, revises various provisions governing certifications of needs for nursing home beds, including updating the applicable fiscal years for bed limits for Medicare skilled nursing facilities; and deleting special provisions for partial relocation of nursing facilities and beds. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 16.
