Jails, Local Lock-ups - As introduced, requires the contracts between a county and a private prison contractor to meet the requirements of the Private Prison Contracting Act of 1986 if the department of correction contracts with such county for the incarceration of state inmates. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 7; Title 9; Title 40 and Title 41.
