Law Enforcement - As enacted, requires each law enforcement officer specifically assigned to the traffic division of a local law enforcement agency or its equivalent, or for whom a county sheriff or chief of police deems it necessary, to undergo training on the proper testing procedures for use in investigating cases of suspected driving under the influence. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
