Traffic Safety - As introduced, exempts persons who are at least 25 years of age from helmet requirements when riding a three-wheeled motorcycle, including autocycles; clarifies helmet requirements with regard to autocycles. - Amends TCA Section 55-9-302 and Section 55-9-308.
