Sumner County - Subject to local approval, repeals the authority of the county to approve the creation and expansion of private cemeteries, with such authority to be exercised by the board of zoning appeals, the planning commission and in accordance with existing state law. - Amends Chapter 30 of the Private Acts of 1953; as amended.
