Sentencing - As enacted, permits a defendant who was convicted and sentenced for an offense committed in a drug-free school zone under prior law to petition the original sentencing court to be resentenced pursuant to current law. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4 and Section 49-2-116.
