Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation - As introduced, requires TSAC to administer a law enforcement fellows program whereby recipients receive an award to attend a postsecondary degree program in this state that furthers a student's knowledge in law enforcement if certain criteria are met. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4.
