Historical Sites and Preservation - As enacted, authorizes the chief executive of a city or county, with the approval of the local legislative body, to fill a vacancy on a historic zoning commission until the expiration of the vacated member's term and to remove a member from the commission. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 7, Part 4.
