Sexual Offenders - As introduced, reduces the time period, from 60 days to 45 days, within which a sexual offender who is subject to the sexual offender registry is required to have obtained documentation of the offender's status and presented the documentation to the offender's registering agency. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
