Motor Vehicles - As introduced, specifies that a digital authorization containing an electronic signature is acceptable for purposes of a towing firm obtaining the required written authorization from the owner of private property or the owner's authorized agent to tow a vehicle on the property. - Amends TCA Section 54-16-113; Title 55; Title 56 and Title 66.
