Jails, Local Lock-ups - As introduced, prohibits a private or state or local governmental entity from charging an inmate a copayment, coinsurance, or similar charge for on-site medical care from a physician, dentist, or medical care provider. - Amends TCA Title 41; Title 56 and Title 71.
