Criminal Offenses - As introduced, changes the date by which the department of safety must submit its annual report regarding offenders who have had ignition interlock devices installed on their motor vehicles from February 1 to February 15; clarifies the report shall be sent to the criminal justice committee in the house of representatives instead of the judiciary committee. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55.
