Correctional Programs - As introduced, updates provisions regarding existing authorization for counties to establish a pilot project for chemically dependent county prisoners and state inmates to allow for state appropriations or public or private financing; clarifies that the pilot project may use services provided by a nonprofit organization and that rehabilitation may include educational and vocational counseling for participants in the pilot project. - Amends TCA Title 33 and Title 41.
