Domestic Violence - As introduced, specifies that the domestic violence state coordinating council's annual report on the council's activities to the department of finance and administration office of criminal justice programs, the governor, and the chief clerk of the senate, and the chief clerk of the house of representatives may be provided by electronic mail. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 36; Title 38 and Title 39.
