Courts - As introduced, dissolves the consolidated general sessions court for White and Van Buren counties and establishes an individual general sessions court for each county. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 16; Title 17; Title 36; Title 37; Title 40; Chapter 78 of the Public Acts of 1975 and Chapter 505 of the Public Acts of 1972.
