Public Funds and Financing - As introduced, requires each board to notify the commissioner of finance and administration when the estimate of board fees for a fiscal year is more than the certified amount of board fees required by the board for that fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 67.
