Prisons and Reformatory Institutions - As enacted, prohibits the use of solitary confinement for pregnant inmates and inmates who have given birth within the past eight weeks; prohibits transfer of a pregnant inmate from a jail to a state penitentiary or branch of a prison for safekeeping unless medically necessary. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
