Education - As introduced, changes from January 31 to January 15 the date by which the department of health must provide the governor's office, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives a report of the aggregate results of all BMI screenings performed by school systems in the previous calendar year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
