Local Education Agencies - As introduced, changes the timeframe within which written notice must be provided by a local board or director of schools to a teacher of dismissal or failure to reelect from received within five business days following the last instructional day of the school year to sent within five business days of the last day a teacher is required to report to work in a school year. - Amends TCA Section 49-5-409.
