Human Rights - As introduced, expands the offense of civil rights intimidation to include a person who injures, threatens to injure, or damages the property of another due to the other's actual or perceived employment as a law enforcement officer or judge. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21, Part 7 and Title 39.
