Comptroller, State - As enacted, removes requirement that the comptroller of the treasury approve quarterly profit and loss statements of the Tennessee rehabilitative initiative in correction's (TRICOR's) operation prior to the release of such statements for publication. - Amends TCA Section 41-22-123.
