Open Meetings - As enacted, changes the notice requirement for meetings conducted under the Tennessee Governmental Entity Review Law, from 10 days prior to the hearing in newspapers of general circulation to seven days prior to such hearing on the general assembly website. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29.
