Utilities, Utility Districts - As enacted, replaces one county elected commissioner position on the board of commissioners for the Citizens Gas Utility District of Scott and Morgan counties with an at-large commissioner position, with such change to coincide with the district's August 2025 election. - Amends Chapter 225 of the Public Acts of 1959.
