Montgomery County - Subject to local approval, authorizes the county legislative body to set salaries for general sessions judges to be compensated at an amount equal to the salaries set for chancery and circuit court judges; the legislative body is authorized to set such salaries by private act in accordance with state law. - Amends Chapter 232 of the Private Acts of 1953; as amended.
