Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - As introduced, changes, from October 1 to October 15, the date by which the Tennessee higher education commission is required to report the findings of its research and analysis of lottery scholarship and grant programs, including, but not limited to, student success and scholarship retention, to the education committees of the senate and house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4.
