Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts, the department of children's services, and the commission on children and youth to jointly submit a report addressing statewide data collection in the juvenile justice system, on or before January 1, 2024, to the governor, speaker of the senate, and speaker of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 16; Title 29; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41; Title 49; Title 55; Title 57; Title 62; Title 67 and Title 69.
